Our new office location at 200 W. Douglas, Suite 250, is just a stone’s throw away at the O.W. Garvey Building. If you are not sure where to go, check out our Facebook Live, showing you step-by-step how to get there.

Our phone number, text number, email, and website will all stay the same — but be sure and note our new address in any resources you use to reach out to us!
How to Find Us
We know it can be confusing when looking for a new location. To help you find us, follow these steps:
- Park in the visitor parking garage. To find the garage, turn from First Street or Douglas Ave. at the Papa Johns sign. Follow the alley to the yellow visitor parking sign across from the garage entrance.
- After parking, exit the garage and head south (toward Douglas). At the covered walkway, turn left toward a small set of stairs.
- We’ve included two different ways you can enter our building:
- During nice weather, go up the stairs and make your way down the covered walkway toward the tall white building, known as the O.W. Garvey Building, on the corner of Douglas Ave. and Water St. At the end of the long walkway, turn right to find the entrance on the north side of our building.
- During inclement weather, make your way downstairs to walk through the lower level to the far east end of the building, where you will see a wall straight in front of you labeled O.W Garvey Building. Here, you will descend the small set of stairs or ramp, then go through the glass doors on your right.
- Once inside, find the bank of four elevators on the left side of the hallway and take one to the second floor. Turn left as you exit the elevator to find us in suite 250. You will see the empac sign on the door.
- When you enter the office, you’ll see our reception desk – check in there!
